Southern Generators & Electrical Pty Ltd is a well established and financially stable company that has been trading successfully for over 25 years.
We take pride in selling, renting, installing, and servicing power equipment to provide solutions to a variety of industries across Australia. We have depots located in all the eastern states and WA.
The office administration role is located at our Mordialloc based service department that assists customers with the maintenance of their own power equipment.
We are offering a full-time position and will consider all levels of experience as we are interested in finding the right applicant. The requirement for power creates a fast paced and varied workplace therefore working as a team is crucial to our success.

 - Excellent phone manner and written communication
 - Strong Microsoft skills and confidence to learn new programs
 
Given that the role is newly created it will develop but initially include the following:
- Answering incoming phone calls
 - Invoicing to customers and following up any queries
 - Maintaining customer online portal requirements
 - Managing staff licenses, inductions, and qualifications
 - Basic invoice processing of the department's purchases
 - General office administration including monitoring of supplies
