- Full-Time Position (Monday - Friday on a rotating roster between 9am-7pm)
- Temp to Perm Opportunity

**Your new role**

In your new role, your goal is to provide exceptional customer service and varied solutions to customers with overdue accounts (less than 60 days).

You will take on a consulting role where you will demonstrate empathy and care when initiating outbound calls to our existing customers
- The key function of your role will be to recoup existing debt from existing customers and negotiate a payment plan whilst maintaining excellent customer service and professionalism
- You will initiate outbound calls to existing customers around their mortgages, loans and credit cards
- You will need to adhere to banking compliance guidelines and uncover any future needs for the customer

**What you'll need to succeed**
- You will have a real passion for providing first class customer service
- You will be confident and comfortable communicating to customers while operating various systems at one time
- You must have strong and professional communication skills
- Ability to work under pressure and in a fast-paced work environment
- Have a 'can do' attitude
- Be resilient and able to ask probing questions
- Previous experience in a call centre/phone-based position
