You’ll need

- Bachelor of Early Childhood Education and Care (ACECQA approved)

- Solid few years’ experience as Educational Leader

- VIT ECE registration – provisional or full

- Strong knowledge of the Early Years Learning Framework and National Quality Standards

- Proven ability to mentor, coach and lead teams
