Therapy Pro offers psychology, behaviour support, occupational therapy, physiotherapy, social work, and speech and language pathology services. **The role**

We are looking for an experienced **Marketing Manager** to join the Growth and Marketing Team at Therapy Pro, and take the reins in planning and executing marketing strategies to drive client and talent acquisition and support the growth of our business.

This is a full-time work-from-home role that will have a strong focus on developing digital and content marketing strategies to optimise performance and engagement, increase conversions and build brand equity.

Reporting to General Manager, Growth and Marketing, and working closely with the Marketing Coordinator your key responsibilities will include:

- Develop, implement, and evaluate marketing strategies and campaigns that grow brand awareness, client acquisition loyalty, and therapist recruitment.
- Develop and execute the Social Media strategy, incorporating user-generated content, organic and paid activity that delivers against key marketing initiatives.
- Contribute insights on customer trends and behaviours, audience mapping and customer segments.
- Take a lead role in projects such as an Internal Communications Review and CRM integration
- Manage the creation of short and long form content across social and digital channels as well as the creation of print and physical assets
- Identification and organisation of industry events and conference opportunities to build brand awareness and target audience engagement.
- Lead, support and provide regular feedback to Marketing Coordinator
- Management of marketing spend against budget
- Help to bring internal departments together to drive alignment of business messaging
- Cultivate and maintain strong and effective working relationships with internal and external stakeholders

**Key skills and qualifications**:

- Tertiary qualifications in Marketing, Communications, Public Relations, or equivalent
- Demonstrated ability to deliver effective paid media campaigns across search and display that drive customer acquisition, engagement, and conversions
- Experience with direct execution and coordination of Media Buying across Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, and possibly new Platforms.
- Experience and knowledge of utilising Google Analytics tools to develop reports and insights.
- Foundational knowledge of search engine optimization (SEO) principles.
- Strong understanding and experience of current digital marketing, social media, and content requirements to achieve results for these channels
- Experience using WordPress and basic knowledge of HTML and CSS
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- A proactive contributor with a strong client focus
