My client is a leading supplier within the Promotional Products market and is seeking a highly motivated and experienced **Marketing Manager** to join their Management team.

They use their website to showcase products, allowing customers to easily browse and cost personalised items with a high degree of personalisation. By leveraging below the line marketing techniques, they effectively reach target audiences and deliver value that drives engagement and generates results.

This role reports to the CEO.

**Responsibilities**:

- Develop Customer Loyalty: Manage the customer loyalty program. Develop inclusions on the program, and coordinate customers' yearly letters. Update customers monthly when they move levels.
- Customer Experience: Look for ways to delight customers. Acknowledgement for awards, gifts for anniversaries and birthdays.
- Pricing and company competitiveness: co-ordinates pricing, reviews and adapts as required.
- Develop franchise group marketing programs: Includes promotions to current and potential franchise groups.
- Manage the company website: We constantly release new items into the market. Maintain existing products and manage sale and clearance items.
- Tradeshow Marketing: Manage tradeshow marketing scheduling, bios, and industry ads.
- Lead yearly catalogue production and develop ideas for virtual catalogues.
- Schedule sales and marketing meetings: Lead meeting and communicate outcomes via calendar and Teams channel.
- Maintain Social Media Presence: Manage Facebook and YouTube channels, develop ideas, and look at platforms like Instagram and LinkedIn.
- Maintain Company Policies. Maintain distributor terms and ethical & sustainable policies.
- Manage sales incentives. Coordinate the distribution of or free gifts with orders.
- Manage the content of new distributor packs.
- Manage web forms.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor's degree in marketing, Business Administration or related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in marketing management.
- Experience in pricing and competitiveness analysis.
- Ability to schedule and run sales and marketing meetings.
- Experience in developing and managing customer loyalty programs.
- Understanding of website development, social media and online marketing.
- Experience in developing and managing marketing campaigns.
- Demonstrable communication, interpersonal and leadership skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Strong attention to detail.
