**The Company**

Our client is a sophisticated and diversified property and real estate organisation. Much of their portfolio outperformed expectations in the last financial year. Due to positive growth they are in need of a Marketing Manager to join the organisation.

This is a unique opportunity to work for a well-respected group, consistently delivering above market average returns across a diverse and sophisticated portfolio of assets.

**The Role**

Reporting to the Marketing General Manager, you will play a critical role in coordinating and running a large size portfolio to increase property visibility, attract and retain tenants, and drive business growth.
**This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced Coordinator to step up into a Managerial position.**

**Responsibilities**:

- Develop and implement marketing strategies that align with the company's overall objectives and target markets.
- Manage the company's online presence, including website content and social media accounts.
- Conduct market research to stay up-to-date on industry trends and competitive landscapes.
- Develop and maintain relationships with local media outlets and other relevant partners.
- Collaborate with the leasing and property management teams to ensure consistent brand messaging and a high level of customer satisfaction.
- Monitor marketing campaign performance and provide regular reports to senior management.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor's degree in marketing, business administration, or a related field.
- 3+ years of marketing experience in the property management industry.
- Proven track record of developing and executing successful marketing campaigns.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong analytical skills and experience with marketing analytics tools.
- Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
