**A bit about the role**
- We are seeking a highly motivated and organised Sales Support Coordinator to join our team
- As a Sales Support Coordinator, you will play a critical role in supporting our Sales and Account Management team by providing administrative support, maintaining Salesforce, managing customer relationships, and qualifying new leads.
- As the Sales Support Coordinator, you’ll be responsible for:

- Utilising Salesforce knowledge to manage and maintain customer data and sales pipeline.
- Explaining the features of our products and services to customers and assist with any questions or concerns.
- Providing administration support in preparing sales orders, contracts, tenders, contract renewal documents.
- Scheduling product demonstrations and other meetings for the Sales and Account Management team.
- Researching and qualify new leads to ensure a steady flow of prospective clients.
- Follow up on leads by communicating with prospective and current clients to ensure a seamless sales process.
- Collaborating with cross-functional teams to provide excellent customer service and support.
- Analysing data and preparing reports for the Sales and Account Management Team.

**We’d like you to have**
- Proven experience in sales support or customer service role.
- Knowledge of Salesforce and CRM systems.
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
- Detail-oriented with strong problem-solving skills.
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field preferred.
