Schlam looking for a Sales Coordinator** **to join our Sales team. This full time, permanent position reports to the General Manager of the sales department and will provide support to the team, principally in the areas of CRM(Customer Relationship Management) software, capital equipment sales, aftermarket sales and sales budget reporting.
**In this role, your responsibilities include**:

- Generate quotes, process orders and conduct internal & external follow up activities
- Provide support in ordering parts from suppliers, preparing and processing documentation such as parts requisitions
- Liaise with production and engineering teams for job status and reporting
- Participate in Sales and Technical Support team meetings
- Generating weekly and monthly reports
- Lead coordination in the collation of tender submissions
- Subject matter expert for Dynamics 365 CRM, including but not limited to routinely auditing data, providing training, and troubleshooting system issues
- Provide ad hoc administrative support to Sales team members such as document creation/formatting
- Provide administrative support to Marketing department
- Assist with overflow of reception calls and reception coverage when required

**About you**:

- Advanced Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) experience
- Experience with ERP and CRM systems, Microsoft Dynamics (Desirable). Minimum 3- 5 years’ experience in a similar role
- Prior experience working in a sales administrative role
- Great interpersonal skills and ability to work both autonomously and as part of a wider team
- Organised and ability to plan & prioritise effectively
- Demonstrates a high level of High level of Initiative
- Ability to be flexible and Adaptable
- Background in the Mining Industry (Desirable)
