Your working career could mean more with us as one of our Arranger Conductors serving families in your local community. Our Arranger Conductors are responsible for working with families to arrange all aspects of a funeral service from preparation and direction to directing, coordinating and monitoring all aspect of the funeral aligned to the funeral plan.
We are looking for people who have a strong customer service ethos and pride themselves on service delivery, problem-solving and customer satisfaction. You will need to have a sense of comfort of working with grieving families and the deceased. You lead with empathy and possess strong communication skills and patience and have a strong underlying desire to want to do more for others in a career that is valued.
This role will offer you new life skills and personal growth and development as well as the ability to earn qualifications and career progression in a personally rewarding industry. You will be working in our team at White Lady Bondi. White Lady Funerals has been supporting families across Australia for 30 years. It is a proud brand and part of InvoCare, an Australian-owned company and industry leader that owns and operates funeral homes, cemeteries and crematoria across Australia, New Zealand and Singapore.
