**You’ll have -**
- Experience in workforce planning and specifically rostering practices
- Demonstrated problem solving capability
- Proven ability to interpret enterprise agreements
- Ability to interpret data and make commercial recommendations
- Experience in working to strict deadlines
- Excellent interpersonal skills with an ability to communicate with stakeholders at all levels
- Excellent written and oral communication with proven abilities in business communication, analysis, evaluation and report writing
- Strong understanding and experience working with MS suite including Excel (Intermediate to advanced Excel knowledge)
- Experience with workforce planning and Groundstar rostering systems (desirable but not essential)
