**About the role**

To support our success we are looking for a **Team Leader, Trustee Review** to join the Insurance Services team based in either Brisbane or Melbourne.

This role is available as a **permanent/full-time opportunity.**

We are **flexible** with location provided you can attend the Brisbane or Melbourne office at least once a week.

**About you**

- Demonstrated competence and capability in consistent, decisive and engaging leadership in order to develop, mentor, coach and empower employees to build a high-performance team culture.
- Demonstrated experience in embedding a culture of excellence in the team, including performance management, change management, recruitment and ensuring that the right people are doing the right job.
- Demonstrated leadership in claims handling or trustee decision reviews in the Australian Insurance Industry (preferably Life Insurance).
- A genuine passion for customer service and the ability to inspire and lead others to deliver outstanding customer experiences.
- Advanced stakeholder management capability, with experience managing multiple stakeholders, including external parties, to influence and negotiate outcomes of a complex nature.
- Ability to negotiate and liaise at all levels in a sensitive and appropriate manner, representing the members and the clients’ interests with integrity.
