UFS Healthcare is seeking an experienced Medical Receptionist to join our Ballarat Urgent Care Clinic Team.

**_The role: _**
The primary purpose of the Medical Receptionist role is to deliver high level support for all clinical staff and administrative staff including managing patient enquiries, appointments, assisting with patient flow, data collection, faxing of reports to general practices, scanning to patient files, overseeing billing payments for accuracy and errors for submission to Medicare and any other duties as directed by UCC Nurse Lead. The Medical Receptionist will be working as part of a multi-disciplinary team.
