About the role:

Our Medical Receptionists provide exceptional customer service for our patients and medical services teams. They provide efficient, accurate and timely medical administrative services within our Medical Centre.

This is a casual position, offering the opportunity to work across our four Ballarat Medical Centres as part of a supportive, collaborative team.

Our new Medical Receptionist will:

  • Have had previous work experience in a medical reception role
  • Have a friendly positive attitude and understand exceptional customer service
  • Focus on quality and know the importance of following systems and processes in work practices.
  • Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, including a professional phone manner.
  • Confident and capable administration and computer skills including MS Office, Teams and ideally Zedmed clinical software,

  • operate 19 pharmacies across the western region of Victoria delivering health services beyond dispensing
  • offer a range of services through our four medical centres
  • provide non-emergency medical care, free of charge to our local community through the Ballarat Urgent Care Centre (UCC)
  • offer optical services through our eyecare business
  • operate a dental practice - UFS Dental Care
