Allan Hall HR is also part of the wider Allan Hall Business Advisors, an accounting and business advisory firm with over 90 staff who have been providing expert advice and assistance to their clients for over 60 years.

**Your new role**

Your key responsibilities include:

- Building and managing new and existing clients, ensuring strong relationships are maintained and flourish through ongoing communication and regular networking.
- Regularly liaising with clients to gain a complete understanding of their needs, build trust and deliver appropriate and timely recruitment solutions.

**What you’ll need to succeed**
While your expertise, drive and determination will ensure your success in this role, it’s also important that you have:

- Successful experience working in a customer facing or administrative role - having previously worked within recruitment would be a bonus.
- A genuine love for people, and a passion and flair for client management.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- As a real team player, you are committed to delivering exceptional service and improving customer experience.
- Superb organisation and time management skills.
- Strong systems and process orientation and competence with technology.
- Full Australian working rights as sponsorship will not be offered for this role.
