Fleet Account Manager - Car Sales

Location: Sydney Northern Beaches

Are you a driven and motivated sales professional with a passion for cars and experience in fleet management? Do you excel at building and maintaining relationships with clients? If so, we have an exciting opportunity for you to join our client’s team as a Fleet Account Manager.

Our client is a leading automotive dealership dedicated to providing exceptional customer service and quality vehicles to their clients. With a strong presence in the market, we are known for our extensive inventory, competitive pricing, and commitment to customer satisfaction.

The main objective of the Fleet Account Manager is to sell fleet vehicles to new and existing customers, and to deliver a customer for life experience by developing long term relationships and providing a personalised professional service.

Job Responsibilities:

- Identify and target potential corporate clients to promote our fleet vehicle sales.
- Achieve KPI's, productivity targets and customer service benchmarks
- Actively prospect and generate new accounts and manage warm leads
- Actively participate in company and manufacturer events, functions, and launches, follow-up systems, sales promotions, publicity campaigns, marketing and retention programs
- Sell fleet vehicles to assigned customer accounts and manage the customer relationship
- Complete all required sales paperwork and documentation accurately and in a timely manner
- Deliver (hand-over) vehicles to customers ensuring all options and accessories are fitted as per the sales contract
- Valid driver's license and a clean driving record.

Essential Requirements:

- 2 years’ experience in a similar target driven role.
- Understanding of the importance and commitment towards the provision of excellent customer service.
- A strong work ethic, self-motivated with the ability to manage multiple projects and priorities.
- Able to work well under pressure and meet strict deadlines while remaining calm and professional.
