Join our team in **VIC as our **Territory Manager **within our** Surgical Technology **portfolio.**

**What you will do**:

- You will also be selling to your customers to achieve sales quotas and driving sustained long-term growth
- Strategically promote and sell Stryker’s Surgical Technology portfolio products to meet our customers’ needs
- Confidently conduct product evaluations in operating theatre and office settings, demonstrating the value of our products to numerous specialties.
- Plan your territory and track your progress, proactively communicating your plans and results with the Regional Manager.
- Solve product problems using product knowledge and quick thinking.
- Educate surgeons, registrars, doctors, nurses and other hospital/nursing staff as to the proper use and maintenance of our products
- Manage and maintain your territory’s product life-cycle

**Desirable Requirements** (eg: skills, experience, qualifications):

- Medical sales experience is not mandatory
- Sales Excellence
- Ability to coach and influence others
