**What You’ll Own**
- Shape and execute a powerful HSE strategy that moves the needle on safety and compliance
- Lead, develop, and energise a high-performing team passionate about safety and operational excellence
- Drive innovation in risk management, ensuring emerging risks are identified, assessed, and eliminated
- Be a visible safety champion—leading audits, investigations, and engagement that truly connect with people
- Partner with leaders to embed safety into every part of our business, strengthening skills and accountability
- Manage critical safety areas including Dangerous Goods, Chain of Responsibility, Load Restraint, and audits
- Keep the business ahead of legislation and industry trends, translating complexity into simple, effective action
- Deliver clear, insightful reporting that fuels continuous improvement and drives strategic decisions

- Proven leadership experience in HSE, ideally within transport, logistics, or fleet operations
