Are you ready to make a meaningful impact in the dynamic world of retail manufacturing? Look no further - we're seeking a passionate individual to join our team as a People and Culture Business Partner on a **24-month fixed-term full-time basis**, located at Chef Fresh Banksmeadow

From Chef Fresh Banksmeadow to partnering with the Chef Fresh Victoria site in Geelong, you'll play a pivotal role in aligning our teams to the Coles operating model, while supporting the heads of two sites with performance and talent activities. Your mission? To drive improvement in capability, enhance culture, and elevate performance across our growing teams.

**Day-to-day you’ll**:

- Strategically partner with the business to execute and deliver on activity aligned to client group strategy by leveraging unique understanding of the business area.
- Partner with the Head of Site(s) to deliver the Operations People Plan
- Manage the succession & development planning processes to support the talent pipeline.
- Coach Operations Leadership team to drive continuous improvement across the P&C metrics.
- Execute the P&C strategy and engagement of key stakeholders.

**About you**:
With 5 years of P&C generalist experience, you’ve ideally worked in an operations/ industrial environment.

A trusted and adaptable Business Partner, you bring an understanding of awards, enterprise agreements, performance management, and change management.

- Strategic thinking
- Strong analytical skills and understanding of trends
- Exceptional communication and influencing skills
- Must have proven ability to work effectively at all levels of the organisation
- Strong customer focus.
