We are recruiting for the role of Marketing Manager.

You are responsible in the role of marketing management of our gym business located in Surry Hills.

The role is responsible for the implementation of marketing strategies, monitoring and analysis and for working closely with the director on the strategic direction.

This role will be accountable for establishing our footprint in the area and grow our brand awareness.

**Key Responsibilities of the role will include**:

- Marketing planning and execution to achieve targets
- Analysing fitness trends in order to develop, conduct and evaluate long term marketing strategies
- Analysing international fitness / health market trends in order to design new products and delivering trending service to our growing loyal brand customers.
- Engaging social media promotions, updating the content of social media and establishing online marketing strategies and planning community events.
- Building and maintaining positive and welcoming brand culture, maintaining company’s brand image, and establishing the periodic and long-term marketing strategies and promotional activities
- Undertaking market research, analysing local competitors and planning public promotional campaigns to boost sales
- Being able to communicate well with director and customers and follow up with the marketing strategies and promotional plan as set out
- A minimum of 3 years experience in marketing, online campaigns, working experience in the fitness industry
- A minimum of bachelor degree in business or marketing management
- Being a fitness enthusiast yourself is a plus, but not essential - however, it helps to think from a customer perspective
- Business marketing planning, marketing experience with a will to learn more
- Demonstrating ability in leading, monitoring, and developing high performing marketing campaigns
- Preferable experience in international business and dealing with people from multiple backgrounds

**Salary**: $65,000.00 per year
