We, at Arcade Engineering Pty Ltd trading as Worldteam Professional Services, are looking

for a full-time Marketing Specialist to join our team in Sydney NSW.

**The duties for this position include**:
Campaign Development and Execution
- Develop plans to build and maintain Worldteam’s social media presence identifying and utilising promotional opportunities.
- Measure and report performance of all digital marketing initiatives and assess against goals.

Market Research
- Identify trends and insights, and optimising spend and performance accordingly.
- Brainstorm new growth strategies and promotional opportunities through digital marketing.
- Conduct brand positioning research and competitor analysis.

Strategy and Planning
- Engage in business development, provide advice, develop marketing objectives and initiatives.
- Collaborate with internal teams, particularly sales, to align marketing strategies with business goals.

Content Creation and Management
- Marketing coordination.
- Implement and ensure execution of plans and initiatives.
- Collaborate with internal teams to create landing pages and optimise messaging across the website.
- Write copy for and design marketing materials to be used in digital marketing campaigns.
- Coordinate with external suppliers to generate ad hoc marketing materials.

**QUALIFICATIONS/WORK EXPERIENCE REQUIRED**
- Bachelor’s degree or higher qualification
- 2 years of relevant work experience in a marketing role

**SALARY**

The salary for this position is $75,000 per annum plus superannuation.

Pay: $75,000.00 per year
