About the Role
As a Journey Expert in our Home Loans Portfolio, you’ll play a key role in helping to deliver exceptional home loan experiences for our customers by consistently providing easy-to-use products and services. We are dedicated to simplicity and meeting our customers’ needs today, while continuously innovating to exceed their expectations tomorrow. As a Journey Expert in Product Management and Governance team, you will be responsible for ensuring Home Loan products and the end-to-end value chain are well managed and governed to ensure they meet customer and regulatory requirements

What will your day look like?

What will you bring?
To grow and be successful in this role, you will ideally bring the following:
Extensive Professional Experience in Non-Financial Risk Management: Possesses deep knowledge of the banking and finance industry, with proven track record in identifying, assessing, and mitigating non-financial risks.
**Experience with Home Lending Products**: Demonstrates experience or exposure to home lending products and their features, along with a comprehensive understanding of the end-to-end value chain.
**Excellent Stakeholder Management Skills**: Proven ability to influence and build strong relationships with stakeholders at all levels. Demonstrated success in managing stakeholder expectations and fostering collaborative partnerships.
**Resilience and Agility**: Thrives in a fast-paced environment while maintaining a strong growth mindset. Embraces challenges, adapts quickly to change, and continuously seeks opportunities for personal and professional development.
