About the role

This exciting opportunity is available to join the Deposits Tribe as a Journey Expert.

The purpose of the Deposits Tribe is to provide products that are simple, easy to use and enable our customers to bank with confidence. This is through the design, manufacture and management of a simple range of savings & transaction products to bring the customer proposition to life for our Retail & Business customers. The ANZ Deposits Tribe is known for its great culture of collaboration, delivery, high performance and fun, supported by an approachable and inspiring leadership team. In joining this Tribe, you will be working with a group of highly engaged, diverse and interesting people.

As a Journey Expert, you will be responsible for optimising existing end-to-end customer journeys and delivering on squad goals to co-create, design, implement, measure, and support a debit card migration and decommissioning project. You will work collaboratively across ANZ businesses and with vendors to perform analysis, identify and capture business requirements, conduct impact assessments and/or develop testing strategy and plans and execute on these testing plans, and support any co-ordination internally of migration activities.

- Strong functional experience or expertise in one or more of the following disciplines: Business Analysis, Product Management or Change Management.
Excellent stakeholder management skills, with strong influencing and relationship building ability to ensure business and customer impacts have been fully considered.

**Expert communication skills including**: documentation, facilitation, and management skills to develop training materials, document procedure guides, update collateral and write communications.
Comprehensive understanding of a range of problem-solving techniques with an ability to multi-task and be highly adaptable to change and ambiguity.
You will have project delivery experience, including conducting workshops, eliciting, documenting and managing requirements; and conducting analytical activities such as process modelling, testing, gap analysis, solution assessment and change transition in complex and challenging business environment.
Strong willingness to learn and be immersed in ANZ’s Agile Ways of Working.
A “can do” attitude and willingness to ‘roll up your sleeves’ with the team to get delivery across the line in a fast-paced environment, flexing consistently between your SME capabilities and squad priorities that require swarming.
Strong commercial acumen and a desire to explore customer needs in a data-driven way, develop and implement innovative solutions, test the outcomes, and iterate.
