Seeking highly organised and detail-oriented scheduler with effective time management and the ability to ensure optimal utilisation of resources.

As a Scheduler, you will play a vital role in facilitating smooth operations and maximizing productivity. Your expertise in planning, prioritising, and coordinating appointments is crucial in keeping our operations running efficiently.

**Key Accountabilities**:

- Coordinate and schedule quotes and installation appointments, taking into account participant availability and logístical requirements.
- Collaborate with various stakeholders, including managers, team leads, and clients, to gather scheduling requirements and ensure alignment.
- Utilise scheduling software or tools to create and manage schedules, update changes, and send notifications
- Monitor and adjust schedules as needed, considering unforeseen events, cancellations, or rescheduling requests
- Manage conflicting priorities and find creative solutions to optimise resource allocation and minimize conflicts.
- Generate and distribute schedules, agendas, and related materials to relevant parties in a timely manner.
- Communicate with internal and external stakeholders to confirm appointments, provide reminders, and address scheduling inquiries
- Maintain accurate records of schedules, appointments, and relevant documentation.
- Continuously evaluate and improve scheduling processes and tools to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.

**Key Requirements**:

- Proven experience as a scheduler, planner, or in a similar role.
- Strong organisational and time-management skills, with the ability to handle multiple priorities and deadlines
- Excellent attention to detail, ensuring accuracy and precision in scheduling
- Proficient in using scheduling software or tools to manage calendars and appointments
- Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with individuals at all levels
- Problem-solving and decision-making abilities, with a proactive approach to addressing scheduling conflicts
- Ability to work independently with mínimal supervision and in a team-oriented environment
- Flexibility and adaptability to changing priorities and requirements
- Previous experience in a fast-paced environment or industries where scheduling is crucial
