**About Us**:Sydney Health & Care Services is a leading NDIS Registered Provider offering In-Home Care Supports, Supported Independent Living, and Allied Health services. We are dedicated to providing high-quality care and support to our clients, fostering a community of inclusivity and compassion.

We are looking for a highly organized and proactive Service Coordinator to join our team on a part-time basis. In this role, you will manage incoming requests for lawn/gardening and cleaning services, organize our team of cleaners and gardeners, and schedule shifts effectively.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Respond to service requests for lawn/gardening and cleaning.
- Coordinate and schedule cleaners and gardeners based on client requirements.
- Develop and manage the roster for service shifts.
- Communicate with clients to confirm service details and special requirements.
- Ensure efficient resource allocation to meet service demands.
- Maintain accurate records of service requests and schedules.

**Requirements**:

- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and customer service abilities.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.
- Previous experience in a coordination or administrative role is preferred.
