Step into an onsite building management opportunity where you'll oversee every aspect of our premium residential portfolio's daily operations. Based on site, you'll be a part of our exceptional Building and Property Management team, assisting to ensure seamless operations and outstanding resident experiences.
Reporting directly to our Operations Manager, you'll collaborate with diverse stakeholders across the property ecosystem. Success in this role requires exceptional communication skills and an ability to forge lasting professional relationships. You'll be a trusted face of our properties, balancing operational excellence with genuine care for the communities you serve.
**Key Responsibilities**:
Meeting the requirements of the Body Corporate Caretaking Agreements and working within all relevant legislation including the Body Corporate and Community Management Act 1997
Maintaining an effective control of all costs and the smooth operation of the building
Prepare Building Management Reports and attend all Body Corporate meetings
Ensure that building procedures are maintained onsite; along maintaining up to date site documentation and compliance
Closely managing an asset register for the Body Corporate
Carrying out building inspections reporting on common area and asset operations
Ensuring all guests, tenant, contractors, owners and Body Corporate relations are attended to in a positive manner and expected services are provided.
Ensuring open and on-going communication between all stakeholders to the Property (guests/tenants/owners/Body Corporate)
Basic financial management such as invoice processing and raising purchase orders.
Ensuring the Business’s assets are protected through high level of compliance, security and control.

Previous experience in building management, facilities management, caretaking, or a similar role.
Exceptional organisational and time management skills.
A proactive approach with strong problem-solving skills.
Relevant qualifications and/or licences in building management or facility operations are advantageous.
Someone with strong communication skills, who is customer-focused, excels at building rapport and can translate complex situations into clear, actionable reports.
Ability to work part of a team
