**Description**:
Importantly, you'll be representing the Cambridge Management Services brand and your professional attitude coupled with confident communication style will ensure that all matters are handled effectively for stakeholders.
**About the role**:

- Identify and address critical maintenance issues to ensure safety and functionality of essential building systems
- Serve as the primary point of contact for clients and foster strong relationships to ensure client satisfaction.
- Participate in regular meetings with management, clients, and contractors Provide updates on building operations and address any concerns.
- Develop and maintain a regular maintenance schedule for preventative maintenance
- Prepare and negotiate new contracts and service agreements to meet building requirements.
- Ensure all building operations comply with local regulations and standards by conducting regular audits and inspections.
- Develop and maintain a regular maintenance schedule for preventative maintenance
- Respond to emergencies and urgent issues, communicate effectively with tenants and stakeholders during incidents

**About You**:

- Proven experience as a Building Manager or a similar role in Strata
- Solid understanding of building systems, facilities management, and maintenance best practices.
- Strong organizational and time management skills to prioritize and execute multiple tasks efficiently.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities to interact with residents, staff, and external stakeholders.
- Knowledge of local building codes, regulations, and safety standards.
- Maintenance Contract Management
- Budgeting and financial management skills to monitor expenses and adhere to allocated budgets.
