Operations Manager wanted for a global Crypto company, offering innovative solutions that will shape the future of digital finance

Our client, a rapidly expanding global Crypto ATM company are entering the Australian market and are seeking an Operations Manager to lead their newly created Warehouse Team, based in Southern Sydney. This is a truly exciting role for an Operations Manager with start-up experience to unlock their career potential in the cutting-edge crypto tech industry

**The Role**

Working closely with the VP of Operations, the Operations Manager will:

- Manage the day-day company operations including cash management, downtime of the machines and escalation of critical issues
- Build and oversee a team, tracking performance and holding regular team meetings
- Collaborate with the Warehouse and Operations team to ensure efficiency and streamlined processes
- Track progress of installations, review and monitor tickets and manage escalations
- Partner with various internal departments, including Sales, Marketing and Engineering
- Liaise with external stakeholders and maintain vendor relationships
- Liaise with retailers, problem-solving with any issues
- Develop and scale operational processes, systems and resources to support the daily operations and logistics
- Other duties and projects as reasonably required

**The Individual**

To be successful in this role, you will have previous experience in a similar Operational based role, managing a team and preferably you will have experience within a start-up environment.
