**Responsibilities**:

- Greet patients and visitors in a professional and friendly manner
- Answer and direct incoming phone calls
- Schedule appointments and manage patient information in our electronic system
- Manage patient check-ins and check-outs
- Assist with administrative tasks as needed

**Requirements**:

- Prior experience in a medical receptionist role or a similar customer service role
- Strong computer and communication skills
- Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment
- Knowledge of basic medical terminology
- A friendly and professional demeanor
- Experience with Best Practice or other medical software

**Salary**: $25.00 - $35.00 per hour

Schedule:

- 8 hour shift
- Afternoon shift
- Flexible hours
- Monday to Friday
- Morning shift
- Weekend availability

Supplemental pay types:

- Penalty rates

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Maddington, WA: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)

**Experience**:

- Medical admin: 1 year (preferred)
- Customer service: 1 year (preferred)
