**Maddington Toyota**, have an exciting opportunity for a customer focused Receptionist.

To be considered, you will have fantastic customer service and computer skills to assist the relevant staff and managers. You will also have excellent communication, organisation, and interpersonal skills to deal with our customers and stakeholders as well as demonstrating proper attention to detail.

**The hours for this position are**:
Wednesday
- 2:30pm to 9:00pm

Friday
- 2:30pm to 6:00pm

Saturday
- 8:00am to 1:00pm

**ROLE**:

- Greet each customer personally in a friendly and welcoming
- Answer all phone enquiries and operate a busy switchboard.
- Handle customer enquiries and concerns with professionalism and tact.
- Assist with a variety of administration tasks in a prompt, accurate and professional manner.
- Perform clerical duties as required, scanning, filing, photocopying and ad hoc tasks as deemed necessary by management.

- Enthusiastic, friendly and helpful attitude
- Honest with high levels of energy and integrity
- Fully Computer Literate
- Able to multi task an prioritise a busy workload
- Excellent communication, organisation and inter-personal skills.
- A polite and professional telephone manner
- Willingness to learn and develop
- ** Experience in a Dealership Receptionist role is preferred but not essential.**
