Our Pre Delivery Centre at** Maddington Toyota** has an exciting opportunity for a **Workshop Controller** to join our vibrant collaborative team.

The role would involve controlling the workflow throughout a very busy workshop overseeing all internal fitting and cleaning. Planning and scheduling forms a large part of the day along with supporting all staff with completing builds and meeting deadlines. We have large contracts with companies to complement our retail sales, so this role is very diverse.

**YOU**:

- Strong Organisation Skills
- Disciplined and able to lead a workshop team.
- Highly Motivated
- Effective Interpersonal and Communication Skills
- A Current WA Drivers Licence (Manual)
- Enthusiasm and a desire to succeed
- Toyota Experience Desirable
