**About us**

The Department of Justice and Community Safety (DJCS) aims to build a just, safe, and resilient Victoria.

The Recruitment Services team within People, Safety, Culture and Communications provide expert consultation and support to DJCS on all recruitment related matters.

**About the Role**

9 months fixed term - potential for ongoing.
- Develop job advertisements and advertise on relevant recruitment platforms such as Careers Vic, SEEK and LinkedIn
- Conduct telephone interviews and reference checks
- Facilitate face-to-face assessment activities
- Coordinate pre-employment medicals and security clearances
- Produce employment documentation
- Support the onboarding process
- Maintain databases
- General recruitment administration

**Qualifications**
- While recruitment experience is advantageous, it's not a prerequisite as we provide comprehensive training. We value willingness to learn, initiative and commitment.
