**NEC is seeking a Reporting Manager (NV 1 clearance required) to join their team based in Canberra.**
You will be responsible for the management, development and delivery of Service Performance, Quality, Compliance and Operational reports.
The role is also responsible for the management and development of both regular and ad-hoc internal reporting to facilitate successful management and operations of the business.
**Responsibilities;**:
- Manage the reporting requirements identified in the customer contract;
- Develop reporting specifications for new reports;
- Produce, collate and deliver contracted reports within Service Level timeframes;
- Co-ordinate forecasts and trend analysis in order to proactively manage Capacity and Availability;
- Provide assistance and advice to other support groups and Management, plus build and maintain productive relationships with business partners; and
- Assist with other duties as required e.g. Change, Config and Knowledge management, Continual Service Improvement.
**Skills and experience**:
- Experience in Service Level reporting; including key metric analysis in order to identify performance against Service Level Agreements and identify areas for improvement;
- Desired experience with reporting tools;
- Desired experience with databases, data extraction and related tools to facilitate the development and/or automation of reports;
- Knowledge of ITSM and ITIL based processes;
- Extensive experience in use of Microsoft office suite for reporting purposes; and
- Experience managing, analysing and manipulating large data sets
