As the
**Reporting & Financial Systems Manager**, you will lead the development and maintenance of the group financial systems and to assist with the delivery of financial reporting, financial modelling, acquittals and budgets. Working in partnership the role will be integral to the unification of financial and associated systems.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Lead the development and maintenance of the Group Financial Systems and Reporting, ensuring integrity of Financial results, efficiency and standardisation.
- Managing the program of work to ensure effective and efficient service delivery, including identifying and establishing key priorities. Ensuring Business alignment and the delivery of value adding services.
- Assist the Unification Finance & Compliance Lead with the implementation of the appropriate Budgeting and enhanced BI/Reporting tool in or linking with the Financial Management Information Systems (Business Central).
- Assist the Unification Finance & Compliance Lead with the transition of the Subsidiary financial systems to the Financial Management Information Systems (Business Central).
- Supports the annual plan and budget process. Assist with the budgeting and forecasting process, involving partnering with cross functional finance and non-finance business leads.
- Support the quarterly acquittal and reporting of large federal and state government grants, including the design and maintenance of best practice financial data gathering tools.
- Performance reporting and ad hoc analysis to support decision making.

**Skills & Qualifications**:

- CA/CPA Qualified.
- Ability to build and maintain strong working relationships with a wide range of stakeholders.
- Ability to communicate effectively and articulate methodologies and results to non-technical audiences.
- Excellent statistical/numerical skills.
- Advanced Excel and financial modelling skills.
- Working knowledge of database design and data warehousing principles.
- Ability to work under general direction and with a clear framework of accountability with substantial autonomy within a fast-paced environment, and can effectively manage multiple priorities.
- Knowledge of the following systems would be an advantage, Microsoft Central, GP, and Business Central, Concur, Microsoft Power BI & Solver BI and MicroPay payroll.
