The business is growing quickly and we are looking to build a world-class customer service organisation, starting with our first Customer Support Specialists.

This is a very exciting opportunity to become the founding member of the Railer customer support team. For the right person, the role is a gateway to more responsibility and career advancement.

**Tasks & Responsibilities**:

- Following best-practice record keeping of customer interactions and transactions
- Drafting tailored quotes
- Process customer orders in a timely and accurate manner
- Providing customers with updates on their shipments
- Signing up inbound prospective customers on an ad-hoc basis

**Qualifications & Experience**:

- Strong written and spoken communication
- Strong computer literacy and ability to learn new software quickly
- Logistics experience is a plus, but not a necessity - training will be provided
- You thrive in a fast-paced, quickly evolving environment and possess excellent problem-solving skills
