**The opportunity**

We are seeking a committed, hands-on, and experienced administrator.

Based in Para Hills West and reporting to the NDC Inventory Manager, this newly created position will see you responsible for the provision of timely and effective administrative services to the Division’s Parts and National Distribution Centre (NDC) business.

**Responsibilities include;**:

- Participate on inventory variance investigations and stock take support
- Keep accurate record of stock take/cycle counting documentation
- Core return auditing and accuracy reporting
- Maintain import shipping documentation and registers
- Administrative support for container fumigation process
- Receipt Purchase Orders in a timely manner (air & sea)
- Provide spare parts technical information to stakeholders
- Communicate accurate arrival times of inbound parts
- Receipt returning branch replenishment
- Process outbound replenishment orders
- Run reports and manage back orders
- Address customer/supplier queries

**Skills and experience;**:

- Certificate IV in relevant discipline
- 3 years relevant administrative experience in a similar position
- Strong decision making and problem-solving skills.
- Drivers Licence
- Self-motivated, positive pro-active attitude, attention to detail, demonstrate initiative
