Join a South Australian Icon in Elizabeth South as their **Sales Administrator / Logistics Controller.**

SAFCOL Australia and the South Australian Gourmet Food Company are leading manufacturers & marketers of quality food products. From canned seafood and cat food to soups, stocks and baby food. Our well-known brands such as Safcol, South Australian Gourmet Food Company, Snappy Tom, Gourmet Delights and Ultimates along with many private label products are supplied to major supermarkets and retail outlets across Australia.
- Verify transport charges ie. Query invoices & follow up credit notes.
- Liaise with customers / transport and container transport.
- Reconcile pallet accounts by maintaining dockets and invoices in Excel.
- Verify claims / missed deliveries and stock returns.
- Proactively build relationships across sales admin / production and warehouse to support production accounting.
- Other duties to assist the administration team as required

**To be successful in this role, you will have**:

- 2-3 years’ experience within the role.
- Intermediate computer skills with MS Excel, Office, ERP (Pronto accounting software experience will be an advantage).
- Experience using transport portals ie. Amazon, Toll, B2B, Sadliers.
- Experience using pallet portals ie. Chep and Loscam.
- High attention to detail, with good analytical skills.
- Strong communication and administration skills
- A strong work ethic and ability to problem solve.
- Demonstrated ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks.

**Salary**: $50,000.00 - $60,000.00 per year

Schedule:

- 8 hour shift
