**The Opportunity**

We are seeking an excellent ICT all-rounder to manage the office business systems used to administer the CATSI Act. The key responsibilities involve supporting the Manager, Systems and Reporting in providing leadership within the team and in managing a number of key business systems as well as the data and reporting function of the office.

You will be involved in the following kinds of work:

- managing corporate data and analytics
- planning the scope of projects and implementation of projects
- managing, drafting and delivery of MOUs
- driving technological and process changes
- quality assurance and proposing improvements to systems
- template development, writing projects and technical documentation
- scheduling, resource management, risk and issue management.
- demonstrated working knowledge of the CATSI Act, with relevant qualifications in corporate governance
- sound knowledge across a broad range of ICT and project management matters with demonstrated experience managing a registry system
- well-developed knowledge in data analytics and reporting with relevant qualifications in Power BI and demonstrated experience in developing reports that suits a range of audiences
- demonstrated experience in templates management including the use of D365 Document Core Pack
- experience drafting and executing MOUs with other government agencies
- excellent organisational and time management skills
- commitment to developing a positive team culture and ability to uphold the agency’s Values and Behaviours at all times
- collaboration with varying internal and external stakeholders
- managing competing priorities often with the need to meet tight deadlines
- ability to work independently as well as being part of multiple teams.
