**About the role**
Are you a proactive self-starter with a knack for organisation? Step into a pivotal role where you’ll make a real impact through the Regional Industry Education Partnerships (RIEP) program In this exciting position, you'll:

- Lead the coordination and delivery of impactful project activities.
- Dive into data collection and monitoring processes to keep our programs on track.
- Conduct research and provide recommendations for evidence-based planning.
- Build and maintain relationships with a diverse range of stakeholders to drive program success.
- Manage procurement and contracts with precision to ensure compliance at every step.

**About you**
Are you ready to make a difference? We’re looking for someone who is:

- Highly organised, proactive, and a true self-starter
- An excellent communicator with strong writing skills
- Experienced in financial administration and grants management
- Skilled in juggling priorities and thriving under pressure
- Proficient in Microsoft Office suites, including Power BI, to support reporting and analysis
- Knowledge of and commitment to implementing the Department’s Aboriginal Education Policy and upholding the Department’s Partnership Agreement with the NSW AECG and to ensure quality outcomes for Aboriginal people.

**Essential requirements of the role**
- Demonstrated understanding of and commitment to the value of public education.
