The Opportunity:
**Work Schedule**: Monday to Friday | 9:00 am to 5:06 pm-
- Build and maintain strong relationships with both internal and external customers, ensuring their needs are met and expectations exceeded.- Perform general office and administration duties, including data entry and maintaining accurate records.- Collaborate with team members to foster a supportive, harmonious environment and continuously improve customer service processes and procedures.

**Qualifications**
Skills and Qualities:
**Customer Service Experience**: You are confident on the phone and skilled at handling customer inquiries with professionalism and empathy.- **Moderate Conflict Resolution Experience**: Able to manage and resolve customer issues with patience and professionalism.**Good Time Management Skills**: Capable of prioritizing tasks and managing time efficiently in a busy environment.**Transport Knowledge (Advantageous)**: Familiarity with the transport industry would be beneficial but not required.
