**The Role**
The purpose of this role is to support the daily requirements and initiatives of our sales team and managers. The core daily functions include maintaining and updating product pricing and providing sales and pricing data information and communication between internal and external stakeholders including suppliers.
**Key Responsibilities**
- Creating reports for general manager to analyse to tie in with strategy or maintain
- Be involved with creating and updating supplier and customer reports
- Updating pricing for branches including key accounts as required
- Prepare and deliver sales pack
- Various sales reports to help dedicated projects
- Assist branches with requested sales data via QlikView
- Be involved in daily state pricing requests
- Be involved in state sales and strategy meetings as needed
- Be involved with Tasmanian state tenders
- Be involved with key account reviews
- Be involved in sales information sharing
- Uploading of data to meat processing plant
**Key Competencies, Skills and Qualifications**
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to adapt communication style to internal and external stakeholders at all levels
- Strong planning and organisational skills
- Ability to work as part of a team
- Great attention to detail
- Self-starter, pro-active and self-motivated
- Excellent administration skills
- Ability to work autonomously
- Analytical skills
- Advanced computer skills - particularly with Microsoft Powerpoint and Excel including the use of pivot tables
- Further education or tertiary qualifications in Business/Marketing would be advantageous
