**Sales Agent or Marketing/Business Graduate - Student Accommodation Investments**

As a Sales Agent, you will manage the end-to-end sales process, ensuring every transaction is compliant, professional, and profitable. Your focus is helping investors make informed decisions that deliver strong returns.

You will be the face of SHA Sales, building trust and relationships with clients, vendors, and stakeholders.

You won’t be starting from scratch. SHA has a robust pipeline of existing clients and investors who trust our brand and are actively seeking new opportunities. This means you’ll have warm leads and established relationships to build on, giving you a head start in achieving your targets and growing the portfolio. The sales settle about 30 gays, so commission is quick and often.

**What You’ll Do**
- Drive sales of purpose-built student accommodation properties.
- Prepare compelling investment presentations and market analyses.
- Manage listings, inspections, and negotiations with precision.
- Collaborate with marketing to attract serious investors.
- Maintain compliance with all regulatory requirements.
- Deliver exceptional client service and maintain a 5-star rating.

**What We’re Looking For**
- 2-3 years’ experience in real estate sales, business development or marketing with finance bent.
- Proven ability to deliver results and able hit and exceed sales objectives.
- Strong marketing knowledge to support sales strategies, e.g. marketing graduates.
- Estate Agent’s Licence preferred. We are willing to assist you in gaining the license.
- Exceptional communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
- High level of financial literacy and commercial acumen.
