**About the role**
**Main tasks**: The primary focus of this role is to call large-scale, prospective customers generating leads and booking meetings for the senior business development manager.

**Other tasks**:

- **Target** top-level decision-makers like directors, CEOs and other c-level managers
- **Negotiate** to get the best outcome for your customer and the business every time
- **Learn** continuously in both formal and informal settings for your career development
- **Target** commercial and corporate office spaces, education, hospitality, and government clients
- **Network** face-to-face with leasing agents and tenant representatives to build ongoing relationships
