We are searching for an outstanding Business Development Manager to join our team on a Full Time Basis. In this role you will lead agent growth across the Melbourne and wider Victorian market, driving enrolment outcomes through proactive engagement, new agent acquisition, and structured relationship management. Success is measured through monthly enrolment targets, quality lead generation, and strategic market insights.

What we do

Our purpose, more than ever, is to revolutionise graduate employability and we do this by offering targeted programs to both domestic and international students.

Since 2008, we have helped over 35,000 graduates start their professional careers in Australia, primarily though our Professional Year Programs (offered under the Performance Education brand) but also through our various partnerships with universities and higher education providers.

We partner with over 11,500 Host Companies, allowing our dedicated Placements Team to find the right internship for our students, on time, every time. And it shows: 40% of our students are being offered a job directly from their internship.

Skills and experience

  • Must-have:
  • 3+ years' experience in international student recruitment with direct agent network management
  • Strong track record of meeting or exceeding monthly/quarterly sales targets
  • Experience presenting market insights and competitor intelligence to senior managers
  • Nice-to-have:
  • Professional Year Program experience
  • Multi-language capability
  • Existing relationships with Melbourne-based agents
