**Business Development Specialist**

Managing and growing a specific list of High Value existing Food and Leisure customer accounts.
**What you will enjoy doing**
- You will be responsible for managing a portfolio of Food and Leisure customers within Victoria
- You will conduct market opportunity assessments, provide market insights, competitor analysis, understands economic, government and industry development across the food and leisure market
- You shall provide technical information to customers, Linde and stakeholders as required and deliver timely and acceptable solutions
- Leading business development activity to win new business through a technically differentiated offer in the following markets like Cryospeed, MAP Mix Onsite, Streamline Pipeline systems, Cryogenic freezing and cooling and Cellaguard etc
- Maintain an active pipeline of opportunities in Sales Force, up to date with leads and successes. Appropriate use of Linde Pro tools and Sales Force to support Account Management process
- Win contracts, increase the profitability of your portfolio through effective price management and actively sign existing and new customers to supply agreements
**What makes you great**
- You will demonstrate in-depth knowledge of customer needs and technical expertise
- You are from sales, business development or market development background
- Energy industry experience in a business-to-business environment would be an advantage
- Ability to think outside the square and have an open-minded approach
- You possess strong work ethics with good negotiating and conflict resolution skills with understanding of price management
- Strong commitment to safety, comply with BOC Safety Standards and Regulations
- Hold a valid and clean driver's license
