**A bit about the role**

We’re looking for a Sales Support Coordinator to join our Perth team on a permanent, full-time basis. You will be responsible for assisting with prospecting and outreaching activities to support our Business Development Executives

By using your excellent verbal and written communication skills, you will be prospecting and outreaching to new business leads while ensuring enquiries are handled professionally and quickly.

You will thrive in a fast-paced environment and enjoy engaging with others to achieve excellent outcomes. You will also need to be comfortable taking initiative, working independently and making process improvements that enhance our sales function.

As Sales Support Coordinator, you’ll be responsible for:

- Prospecting and creating lists of targets to support the outreach activities of our Sales team.
- Booking meetings and managing initial outreach activities to prospects to support the discovery process of their pain points.
- Distributing relevant marketing materials to prospects tailored to your discoveries during the outreach activities.
- Collaborating with our Marketing team to standardise, maintain and update sales-related templates for leads and opportunities.
- Maintaining accurate records of lead allocation and proactively following up to confirm leads are pursued.
- Addressing and assisting with client enquiries and provide information in a professional and polite manner.
- Maintaining comprehensive and accurate records of client engagements, lead data and sales activities in Salesforce.

**We’d like you to have**
- At least two years’ experience in a sales support or customer service role
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
- Strong attention to detail in a fast-paced environment
- Ability to multi-task and adapt to changing demands
- Competent using the Microsoft Office suite and CRM software, including Salesforce and/or Hubspot
