We have a fantastic opportunity at the Environment Protection Authority Victoria (EPA) for an experienced and passionate diversity and inclusion specialist to join our People and Culture team.

As our Senior Diversity and Inclusion Advisor, you are a senior human resource professional working in the team, providing specialist advice, project delivery and partnering towards building even more inclusive practices and culture throughout EPA.

You will develop and oversee the delivery of EPA's diversity and inclusion program, leading initiatives to drive gender equality, diversity and inclusion, aligned to EPA's strategic priorities.

You will do this by fostering genuine partnerships with our leaders and people, government, industry, and community - to support the delivery of our organisational outcomes.

**About You**:
You are an influencer of change and passionate about making a difference to our positive culture. You have a strong organisational development and project lead background, with a proven track record influencing and driving programs and change.

You have extensive knowledge and understanding of contemporary and best practice strategies and initiatives to enhance diversity, inclusion and belonging.

You relentlessly pursue and lead towards continuous improvement, building maturity of practices to achieve the best outcomes for our people and EPA.
