As Inclusion & Diversity Advisor, you will play an integral role in advancing Jetstar’s Inclusion and Diversity initiatives. You will partner with the Senior Manager, Attraction & Inclusion, and broader Qantas Group Inclusion & Diversity Team to deliver various initiatives that foster a more inclusive and safe workplace culture across Jetstar. You will be joining our team at a time of great focus on advancing our Inclusion & Diversity Strategy, and will leverage your stakeholder engagement and change management capability to partner closely with our HR Business Partners and our Employee Network Groups to drive meaningful change through the design and delivery of various programs and initiatives.

Your new areas of focus

As Inclusion and Diversity Advisor, your focus will include:

- Supporting the implementation of the Jetstar Inclusion & Diversity strategy and key priorities, ensuring they align with the overall group approach whilst collaborating with the People Community to make sure that all people processes and practices are inclusive, compliant, and follow best practises
- Establishing and maintaining relationships with key stakeholders across the business to build engagement and progress of Inclusion and Diversity objectives at Jetstar
- Conduct data analysis on a regular basis as to enable leaders and team members to monitor Inclusion and Diversity progress against strategic priorities, action plan deliverables and measure the impact of initiatives; and
- Support the engagement and growth of various Jetstar Employee Network Groups.

We’re on the hunt for someone who:

- Has had some exposure (2+ years) to the design and delivery of Inclusion and Diversity initiatives and programs, in addition to partnering with Employee Network Groups
- Is skilled at quickly establishing effective working relationships, both internally and externally, and across the organisation
- Is a true team player - flexible and agile in mindset and willing to jump in and help their teammates during peak periods of activity across the broader team
- Enjoys managing projects and programs, from inception through to delivery
- A creative thinker - able to identify alternative solutions, conclusions, or approaches to problems
- Relevant tertiary qualification in Business, Human Resources or related field.
