**THE ROLE**

The role will lead all aspects diversity and inclusion and collaborate across People and Culture and the organisation to embed inclusion through all policy, programs and systems. You will support and elevate the voice of diverse employees, diverse staff community of practice and build strong respectful relationships across the department and the broader Victorian Public Service.
