**Your opportunity**:
Our vision in Transactional Direct is that every NAB customer is a full transactional customer. This ultimately leads to higher NPS and deeper partnerships with our small business customers. This is enabled by our Direct call centre model, including our partnership with transactional banking infield specialists, our products and services and our channels. By directly engaging with our customers, Bankers and referral partners across all segments at NAB but primarily Small Business you will provide needs-based solutions to help our customers improve their cash flow and payments processes.

**The role and day to day will include**:

- Identify and address the transactional banking needs of new and existing customers through phone-based conversations from referrals generated across the organisation.
- Coach and support bankers on how to spot, identify and send referrals lifting the awareness of Transactional Banking across Small Business at NAB.
- Identifying solutions across a diverse range of Transaction Banking products to ensure we meet client's specific needs and help improve their cashflow and working capital.

While a background in Banking/Transactional Banking is ideal, what will see you succeed in this role is your sales capability, strong commitment to customer outcomes and ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
