**AR Transactional Specialist** to be part of our Finance Team.

Reporting to the Accounts Receivable Team Leader, the Transactional Specialist is responsible for the accurate recording of transactions as they occur, from managing accounts receivable including the completion of the bank reconciliation process and reporting on aged receivables.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Access improvements to existing processes including system steps, cash collection processes
- Assist onboard entities not yet brought under the CCX Core system, participate in handover sessions, work with our IT team to bring the subsidiary business data into CCX Core and work with all stakeholders to enable a smooth transition
- Review the existing internal controls and work to improve these
- Complete the matching of cash received in bank accounts to customer remittances daily
- Managing a customer portfolio
- Collecting from customers who have outstanding invoices, and record updates in CCX Core
- Send customer automated payment reminders daily
- Key customer account reconciliations and payment allocation
- Raising adhoc manual invoices, refunds and credits when required
- Setting up and uploading invoices to customer portals
- Reconcile on a daily (main account/s) or weekly basis (other accounts) the bank accounts in CCX Core, including loading bank statements into CCX Core from online banking sites

**About you**:

- At least 5 years of relevant accounts, reconciliations, international transaction processes - including exposure to activities such as debt collection of overdue accounts and GST
- Working with Financial Force and Sales Force systems or similar finance platforms
- Strong collections experience to derive outcomes
- Exceptional skills in MS office
- Sound knowledge of organisational accounting procedures
- Well-developed prioritisation and time management skills, and ability to work to deadlines
- Strong attention to detail and a high degree of accuracy and quality in work
- Strong communication skills with stakeholders at different level, ability to escalate concerns, and work with others to resolve problems
- Must possess a high level of discretion for handling confidential information and monetary transactions
- Strong mathematical, analytical, and problem-solving skills
- Skilled in responding to setbacks in an agile and resilient manner
- Stake holder management
